Want to live the life you so deeply want to live?
Come meet and hear from the Associates and Friends of the Congregation of Notre Dame, a new parish community (25 members strong!) who gather at the rectory or, at times in member’s homes, the first Sunday of every month (September – May) usually from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm and through prayer, discussion and action, deepen their relationship with God and live a practical Christian spirituality in daily life.
Who are the CND Associates and Friends?
We are men and women, brothers and sisters, friends and neighbors striving to live a life of PRAYER, MINISTRY and COMMUNITY. We try to imitate the way Mary lived on earth by bringing Christ to new relationships and situations, allowing ourselves to give and receive, engaged in the lives of people. We meet with others in a personal way, encountering Christ in one another. We stand with the impoverished, the excluded and the oppressed. As CND Associates and Friends we celebrate. We express our joy and praise for God’s goodness to us. We affirm that God works through us, just as we are.
We meet monthly to pray, share our faith and lives in following the teachings of St. Marguerite Bourgeoys, the founder of the Congregation of Notre Dame.
